. these drawings and paintings represent a series of novels and popular television series as shown in the attached images where you can see a fragment of the series "grey's anatomy" with a well-known character (álvaro arzú) inside it and in the following drawing, jimmy morales being part of a scene from “La casa de las flores” or donald trump in the “breaking bad” series. series that, being a consumer product, are made with predictable plots and full of stereotypes. within them we can find similarities of characters, plots and stories that are comparable with popular characters from our environment, in this case, politicians from various countries, but mainly from guatemala, who are prepared to carry out activities and behaviors almost like a novel, the QR code represents that lack of freedom of expression implicit in our daily lives.
